Debra Griffiths first began working in the area of residential real estate transactions as a paralegal with law firm in Greenville, North Carolina shortly after graduating from East Carolina in 1990. Her work as a residential real estate paralegal continued through her graduation from the evening program at North Carolina Central University's School of Law in 2003. She assisted her supervising attorneys with title searches, drafting title opinions, preparing loan packages and working with realtors, lenders, surveyors, title insurance companies and various other service providers associated with the purchase or sale of a home to insure the transaction was completed as smoothly as possible.
Now Debbie brings those years of experience to the closing table to assist you in closing your transaction. Debbie is personally involved in each real estate transaction handled by our firm, inclusive of closing the transactions. Therefore, when you review your closing statement and see a charge for attorney's fees, you know that you have received the benefit of having an attorney actively involved with your transaction.
